Rachel Johnson

Rachel Johnson focuses her practice on the defense of medical professionals throughout all stages of litigation, including depositions, mediations and trial settings. The majority of her practice concentrates on representing clients in federal court, specifically representing medical professionals who are sued by incarcerated individuals for violations of their civil rights under 42 U.S.C. 1983.
Rachel was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2012. Rachel has spent a lot of time in the courtroom during her career, including spending many years advocating for the due process and constitutional rights of parents and families within the child welfare system in Marion County. Rachel is also a registered Domestic Relations Mediator and Elder Law Mediator.
