Nathan Pagryzinski is an associate attorney with the health care practice group at Katz Korin Cunningham. Nathan's practice focuses on the defense of hospitals, physician groups, doctors, nurses and other medical professionals from pre-suit risk management through jury trial and appeal.
A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Nathan attended Butler University, where his interest in political science made a legal career an easy choice. Following his graduation from Butler in 2014, Nathan attended the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, where he advanced to the final rounds of the Moot Court Competition and served as a practice group advisor for 2 years, helping new law students adjust to the social and academic challenges of law school.
While law is Nathan’s passion, he is surrounded by family members in the health care field and has always had an interest in the intersection of law and medicine. Prior to joining Katz Korin Cunningham, Nathan practiced health care defense litigation and insurance defense litigation with a prominent midwest litigation firm.
Nathan's experience includes representing his clients before professional licensing boards, medical review panels, and at jury trials in state and federal court. Communication is the foundation of Nathan’s practice with the goal to ensure that clients understand both the strengths and risks of their case, and make informed decisions at every stage of the litigation process. Outside of active litigation, Nathan believes in proactive risk management to prevent allegations of medical malpractice and keep medical providers’ focus on their patients.
