Kris is anything but one dimensional with his legal experience, knowledge, and practice. He has more than two decades of litigation experience covering a variety of businesses and industries, resolving a widely diverse and complex range of legal disputes for corporate and individual clients in trial, jury, preliminary injunction hearings, arbitration, mediation, administrative and appeal proceedings, and class and collective action. Kris has handled complex commercial and mass tort litigation. He aspires to provide timely and practical counsel to the clients he serves. Kris has built his reputation on a hard and devoted work ethic and figuring out a path of resolution that fits the complexity of the situation or dispute, in a cost-efficient manner, while protecting the client’s rights and business interests.
Kris has partnered with general counsel in serving the legal needs of businesses, including direct representation of insurance and Fortune 100 companies. He has appeared in numerous Federal Court actions including the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Northern and Southern District of Ohio, Central District of Illinois, District of Minnesota, Northern District of Alabama, District of Arkansas and Middle District of Tennessee.
