Justin Wiser
Attorney

Justin is a member of the business litigation practice group. He advises and represents individuals and businesses in contract disputes and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He also has experience with personal injury and premises liability defense involving serious injuries and wrongful death matters.
Justin graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2015. While in law school, he served on the Appellate Clinic and Indiana Health Law Review and clerked with the Honorable Louis Rosenberg in Marion County Circuit Court. Justin is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Experience
Prior to law school, Justin served in the U.S. Navy. During his first tour, he was a Mass Communications Specialist at the Naval Media Center Detachment Rota, Spain, working as a broadcast journalist and the premier afternoon radio DJ. Justin re-enlisted as a Navy Legalman, performing paralegal duties on board U.S.S. George H.W. Bush (CVN 77), where he earned his Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist and Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist qualifications. He also earned the Navy Commendation Medal for meritorious service while assigned to Region Legal Service Office Mid-Atlantic supporting attorneys with courts-martial, administrative hearings and officer and enlisted separations.
