Bernard L. “Buddy” Pylitt re-entered the practice of law in early 2005 after serving as Judge of Hamilton County Superior Court No. 2 during 2004.

During that time, Judge Pylitt presided over a wide variety of complex civil and criminal matters, including the settlement of the Trinity Homes class action mold lawsuit, cases of first impression involving the disposition of frozen embryos and a same sex custody adoption dispute.
