Norris Cunningham, a co-founding shareholder of Katz Korin Cunningham has been admitted to the highly respected Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Membership in the FDCC is extended following a comprehensive vetting process to those who have differentiated themselves professionally and personally and who have earned exemplary reputations among their peers.
Norris stated “I am honored and humbled to be a member of FDCC, an organization dedicated to the principles of integrity and professionalism” upon receiving notification of his membership.
Norris Cunningham leads the Katz Korin Cunningham’s Health Care Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in health-care dispute resolution including trial practice, regulatory advocacy, commercial litigation and arbitration. Norris has been admitted pro hac vice in fifteen states.
In addition to his membership in the FDCC, Norris serves on the Board of Directors of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and serves as chair of its Committee on Diversity. He is the Immediate Past Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association Diversity Committee. Mr. Cunningham is a certified arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
