Brauer Honored as Indy Bar Foundation Distinguished Fellow

INDIANAPOLIS (November 19, 2019) – The Indianapolis Bar Foundation honored its 2019 Class of Distinguished Fellows this morning including James Brauer, a partner with Katz Korin Cunningham. The Indianapolis Bar Foundation annually honors local attorneys for their dedication to the law by bestowing upon them the designation of Distinguished Fellow.

Katz Korin Cunningham is honored to have yet another attorney on its team recognized a Distinguished Fellow. This distinction recognizes those who have a long record of service, an exemplary standing and have made exceptional contributions to the Indianapolis legal community.

James Brauer is a native of Chicago Heights, Illinois and attended Indiana University Bloomington and the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Since joining Katz Korin Cunningham in 2013, Brauer’s primary focus has been medical malpractice defense. He has represented physicians, dentists and their groups throughout the state of Indiana.

Brauer gladly donates his services by doing pro bono work for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and the Indiana Lawyers for Service Members. He was also very active with the Carmel Dad’s Club, coaching and officiating basketball.
