Norris Cunningham is a co-founding partner of Katz Korin Cunningham, P.C., and leads the firm’s healthcare practice.
Mr. Cunningham concentrates his practice in healthcare dispute resolution including trial practice, regulatory advocacy, and arbitration. He has tried and arbitrated numerous long-term care and medical malpractice cases throughout the nation. Mr. Cunningham serves as chair of the Indiana State Bar Association Diversity Committee and past chair of the Long Term Care Subcommittee of the Health Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. He is a certified arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Cunningham has made numerous national and regional presentations on long-term care litigation and long-term care regulations for the Defense Research Institute, the National Business Institute, the American Conference Institute and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.
